Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Toledo, OH)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Toledo, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of accessibility audits and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
