Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Toledo, OH)

Summit Haven Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Toledo, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
