Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pine Markets Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
