Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Linden Legal Group provides legal services in Toledo across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of court deadlines and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
