Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in Tampa with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of budget submissions and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • A relevant degree or certification.
