Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Willow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tampa. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of premium billing and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
