Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Tampa, FL)

Bright Thistle Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Tampa, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
