Financial Analyst - variance reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Junction Financial serves customers across St. Louis with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of loan applications and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
