Financial Analyst - variance reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around St. Louis. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
