Financial Analyst - variance reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Glen Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around St. Louis. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
