Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Bright Financial Group serves customers across Seattle with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
