Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Glen Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Savannah. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
