Financial Analyst - variance reporting (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Junction Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from San Jose. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of vendor spend and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists.
