Financial Analyst - variance reporting (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Cross Legal Group provides legal services in San Diego across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of billing records and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with court deadlines.
