Financial Analyst - variance reporting (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bright Markets Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of supplier deliveries and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
