Financial Analyst - variance reporting (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Beacon Markets Partners is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of pricing and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • A relevant degree or certification.
