Financial Analyst - variance reporting (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Meridian Foods and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of cold storage and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
