Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Juniper Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
