Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Richmond, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
