Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Amberfield Rowan Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tampa, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of allergen controls and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
