Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Umber Foods and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of ingredient orders and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
