Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rowan Legal Group Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of intake forms and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
