Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Banking Services Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
