Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Stonegate Umber Foods produces packaged foods at its Omaha plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 379 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
