Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Wilder Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 667 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
