Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Stonegate Juniper Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Milwaukee, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 481 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of card disputes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
