Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Amberfield Meridian Legal Group provides legal services in Tulsa across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of intake forms and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
