Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Field Manufacturing Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
