Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Fox Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
