Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Keystone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of service connections and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
