Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Redstone Lakeside Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Tulsa region, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of service connections and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
