Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Union Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
