Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Rivermark Forge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Colorado Springs working with agencies and riders, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of service alerts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with accessibility audits.
