Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Ironwood Wren Transit Planning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of route schedules and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • A relevant degree or certification.
