Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Silverline Bright Manufacturing is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
