Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Cedar Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Savannah. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
