Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Clearpath Pine Water Authority is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
