Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Clearpath Quill Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Knoxville focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Model the cost of billing accounts and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
