Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Foxglove Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Fort Worth serving students and families. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of learning materials and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
