Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Redstone Bridge Energy is an energy provider in Las Vegas focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of outage response and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
