Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Rivermark Ridge Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Tampa, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 363 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of loan applications and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
