Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Northwind Mill Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tulsa area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of service installations and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
