Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fern Foods and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of sanitation schedules and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
