Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Greenridge Vista Manufacturing Group is a Detroit manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
