Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Rivermark Granite Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Charlotte. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of account servicing and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
