Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Junction Insurance and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of policy renewals and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
