Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Ironwood Lakeside Legal Group provides legal services in Spokane across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of document review and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
