Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Stonegate Fox Insurance is an insurance company in Milwaukee with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of policy renewals and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
