Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Ironwood Orchard Telecom is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of customer tickets and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
