Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Silverline Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Atlanta, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
